Danielle Bradley
RBT Coordinator
During my senior year of high school, I completed a project working with children, teenagers, and adults with different disabilities in general education classrooms, with a focus on inclusivity. This is where I quickly learned that there needs to be more inclusive, friendly places where our neurodivergent kiddos feel safe, welcomed, and empowered as they learn skills to navigate through their everyday lives.
I discovered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019 and became an RBT that same year at Easterseals Hawaii. I have been fortunate to have worked with children of all ages across various settings, such as the school, home, community, and clinic. I enjoy watching the clients I serve make huge progress in their daily lives. We always celebrate big and small wins! My long-term goal is to obtain a master’s degree in special education with an emphasis on ABA to become a BCBA at Easterseals Hawaii.
In my free time, I enjoy shopping, traveling, spending time with my animals, family, and friends, and binge-watching documentaries.
